Raymond Plummer is a graduate of Shippensburg University with a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting. He joined the firm in 2002 and became a partner in 2014.

He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants. He previously served on the Board of Directors of the Central Maryland Chamber of Commerce.

He has extensive experience in the area of construction and professional service organizations.
