April has been with BGH since 2010.  She received her bachelor’s degree from University of Maryland, and has been working in public accounting since that time. Her areas of expertise include individual taxation, estates and trusts, and private foundations.

 

April is a member of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In 2024, she was again interviewed and quoted by Accounting Today celebrating our firm’s national award of Best Firms for Women.

 

April and her husband, Ty, live in Bowie with their three children.
